Going against the majority here. I found the whole consultation process to be unnecessarily lengthy. I appreciate how knowledgeable dr. Brad is, but it almost seems like he’s trying to PROVE how knowledgeable he is which I found to be concerning especially since I never doubted his ability. In the 2nd appointment (to discuss treatment plan and finance) he did not let me get a word in at all, and made jokes about women being less than men. Staff is so kind and accommodating. Dr. Brad is beyond great with the kids - especially my son who is on the spectrum and not always cooperative (especially while uncomfortable). They are very upfront with their pricing and payment options. So far my favorite “perk” has been no charge for visits - even emergency fixes. My son has broken brackets and wires about 4 times already and thankfully there has been no extra charge to fix. I could go on and on - they are wonderful all around!
The office is very clean and the staff is always friendly. Easy to get an appointment and you never have to wait because they are running behind.
