We lived in Braintree Village for approximately just under 8 years, was everything 100% great, no, but no place is, but it was a great place to live, we made friends with the people and management, it was a very good time. We are hoping to move back to enjoy the chance at making new friends and seeing old ones.
I just moved in and honestly people are so polite staff goes above and beyond to help with the application I never herer noise except the small dogs barking all day should be a dog park.
My family members rent there. Recently in ONE building a few deaths in the span of 2-3 years. Black mold recently found in this particular building. Renters have to put trash and or laundry in car or walk it to one building in front of the complex for laundry and a couple of dumpsters. No close parking for visitors unless you happen to rent a building near the one lot. There could be two but that’s it.
