My family members rent there. Recently in ONE building a few deaths in the span of 2-3 years. Black mold recently found in this particular building. Renters have to put trash and or laundry in car or walk it to one building in front of the complex for laundry and a couple of dumpsters. No close parking for visitors unless you happen to rent a building near the one lot. There could be two but that’s it.
Careful visiting anyone here and following the traffic rules. We have to stay to the right of the rotary. Yet their plow guy does not. He will yell and scream at you for doing so and let him go drive across. So be careful of the plow man who looks like he hasn't showered in a year. If he is around you best not get in his way cause he has the right away but you. RIGHT OF THE ROTARY ONLY APPLIES FOR PEASANTS NOT LEATHER FACE PLOW MAN. Right if the rotary. If you wanna hear colorful word how he thinks of you stay clear.
