Julie kept me up to date with what was happening with the repairs and Harry went out of his way to pick up and deliver my car at a time and place suitable for me. Very professional and reliable service amazing quality work
First class team at Braintree Motor Works - my 23 year old Mercedes SL500 was suffering from some rust damage around the rear wheel arches. The work involved required a top class tradesman and that’s what was provided - not only was the metalwork repaired expertly but to blend in the new paint with the quite rare Desert Sand paintwork on a 23 year old car was amazing. Really friendly and professional staff all round and having a company as good as this locally is a real bonus.
I was so impressed with the team at Braintree Motor Works! Their communication was thorough, timely and so helpful throughout the process. What was over the top was when I had a minor issue with the bumper replacement they had done 2 months prior. I texted a photo of the issue and within 2 hours I had a courtesy vehicle and my car was collected and taken in to the shop. The issue was fixed and my car returned the next day, all within 24 hrs, so I felt no disruption at all. Big thanks to the team for top rate service!
