RUDE customer support. You have no choice to use them in Braintree but I would switch after the rude service I received in a heart beat. Office is still closed to the public yet the Town offices are open. Just another way the service group does not support the customer. The Repair group is great. Never with out power for long. But you have to call that useless office to report outages. And it is too much work for them to answer the phone. It must be Covid related why they don't answer the phone.
