Driver made a delivery to this facility , they said the driver hit a car of one of the workers here, but there was no evidence on the video. They threatened our driver that they are going to call the Police, they made my driver to paid $$$ If you are making a delivery or pu becareful , I don't know if they did it before with other drivers just take your precautions when go here please his name is Bob , Andrew.
Used MileagePlus points for mechandise from here. OK but absolutely no communication on order status or arrival date. Pretty slow in getting it shipped too...

I ordered Christmas items from brainstorm logistics... Right after Christmas I contacted them to report 2 items would not work. I also stated, I do not have the items, as they were gifts. They wanted to receivers information, which I gave. One item was picked up & no replacement has been sent yet. And nothing for the second item.. This was over $500.00. I will never purchase threw this company again.. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.. So very disappointed..
