Awesome staff, welcoming environment, amazing sense of community! I bought shoes for school from Lauren, who was so personable. She was able to help me find the perfect pair that worked for my feet and needs. Turns out I wont need shoes for school for another year, so today Harry helped me with a return and had such patience while helping me. Thanks Brainsport for hiring great staff!

Needed a particular color in men's wide of the Honka Bondi 9. All I could find in Vancouver was black on black (not ideal for a summer trip planned soon). Found the one I wanted in grey online at this shop in Saskatchewan. Called - seemed legit and person I spoke to (Austin) was very helpful looking for my shoe in their warehouse, so I ordered. Amazing - the shoes arrived very quickly and the size/color I wanted. 5* service!

This store was BUSY, and still they took the necessary time to assess each person's needs, they asked questions about use, preferences, injuries, and relevant issues, etc, to knew what to recommend. Then gave critical assessment of each shoe on the foot. Truly professional, and a great resource for the city.
