Great experience shopping here. Staff were helpful with me choosing a good runner for my awkwardly large feet.
We were "greeted" by a staff member with "What are you doing here" which my wife responded with "I'm looking for trail shoes". The store employee then said "If you want to try on something give me your name". We don't know the circumstances of the "greeters" day but the experience was awful. There's too much competition to put up with attitude from someone who seems not wanting to be in a retail environment. We both bought shoes from Outter Limits and were very happy with the staff and their knowledge.
Came here after the SK Marathon after seeing their booth at the expo. This is my new favourite store for shoes! Laurel was absolutely fantastic from her wide breadth of knowledge on shoes to her patience as I tried on what felt like every pair in the store. She is the BEST and the stock of shoes, clothes, and socks is unmatched in quality and variety for real runners. Highly recommend this place!
Service was very good
Harvey was top notch! Dominique wasn't. She seemed distracted & not attentive when she was helping a customer.
