Run far away from this business. Between the owner Jaylene’s unprofessional handling of the situation and her employee Briana's lack of training which left my brows looking awful, I can't in good faith suggest anyone trust their services. Attached are photos showing my brows the day before, 19 mins before, and immediately after the appointment. Unfortunately, Briana did not follow proper brow lamination protocol. I’ve been going to Brains Beauty Brows for YEARS! I get eyebrow waxing/tinting & facials. I specifically see Jaylene but whenever she’s not available, all of the other girls are great! I always get compliments on my brows!! Highly recommend
