I can't speak highly enough of Brainlink (particularly Angelique on for NDIS support co-ordination and Beau for carer supports). My mum was diagnosed with young onset dementia and Brainlink have played a pivotal support co-ordination and advoacy role. I feel like my mum is being advocated for and the best supports available have been identified and secured through our NDIS plan. Our family is based in Deepdene but we have managed all engagement with Brainlink over Teams, phone calls and emails.
BrainLink are an amazing team who provide a high quality service and truly care about supporting people living with a brain injury.
Dismissing one with a brain injury is appalling and saying just got to NDIA. The most traumatic agency ti deal with!
