I do not recommend this program. It’s a one size fits all and they suggest very little modifications l if it doesn’t work for you. When the program wasn’t working for me, they wanted my doctor to run nearly $1500 in bloodwork tests. They suggested a possible refund to me, but when push came to shove, they didn’t follow through. Extremely disappointed and not work the money.
I started in February 2019 and an down a size, so fun to have summer clothing FIT. I have more to lose, but I'm confident with what I am learning, that I can keep it off this time! I'm done with yo-yo DIETS. I'm learning a healthy way to LIVE!
They have given me my life back. Magen and Angela are amazing support! I cant thank them enough and I am so grateful to have found this place I tried everything nothing was working. I am here to tell you this life change works. I joined my journey in November and today I am down 55 lbs. and feel like I did back in high school and look so much younger. I can go on and on about this place.
