This was an awful place to work. They treat employees like dirt and pay almost nothing. The heat inside the building honestly wasn't that big of a deal compared to how awful the place is ran by management. The whole place is a big pissing match where people think they're better than the guy next to them doing the same mindless task.. The employees are scared to get fired to be replaced by a revolving door of temps. I have never in my life been treated as poorly by an employer as I was at Brainerd
Disorganization has a trickle down affect starting with management and the burden gets passed on to the employees. If management would get on the same page communications wise and not train their employees with conflicting quality control information they might stand a chance at getting out quality parts.
