I've rented equipment from other places and not one of the other places have even lifted a finger to help load the equipment! You guy are by far the best rental company I've ever worked with. You make sure the individual is familiar with the equipment and even load it for them. When returning the equipment you also unload it. All around awesome work general rental!
Guys in the yard are great. They want the weekend warriors to be successful and give excellent support and advice. Love Brainerd General Rental!!!
If your renting a towable boom lift go with these guys. They are cheap and will deliver to just about anywhere. I tried home depot and they wouldn't deliver to me and were about $400 more expensive.
friendly crew and helpful. better than borrowing equipment from a neighbor
The guys in front are very knowledgeable and could answer my questions. Rented a Dingo and the machine worked great. Made some home tasks easy.
