Would give negative stars if I could. Charged us $50 for a ride from Aitkin to Deerwood and then a mysterious $50 “deadhead” fee that was never mentioned over the phone. They threatened to call the cops on us for questioning the additional charge. Screw them 100%, do not use.

They do not clean the inside of the vehicles whatsoever. Reeks of cigarettes. One of the drivers is known to make sexual comments to the female passengers or try and proposition them for sexual favors. Disgusting. I'd rather stay home and not go to the bar than have to put myself through sexual harassment.

Very rude drivers not just one but many over the years insurance companies won’t even go through them for medical rides anymore because of their lack of integrity respect an professionalism

There’s a reason rideshare apps made taxis nearly obsolete — people appreciate transparency. We scheduled a cab well in advance and upon arrival to our location got hit with a mysterious upcharge that literally doubled our rate from $45 to $90, all for a ride less than 20 minutes. Of course, our driver was “new” and couldn’t really explain why we were being charged twice as much as what was on the dash meter. Taxis are still a scam in 2025.
