Snotty disrespectful and angry very unprofessional
I called for a ride. I was told it was $6 to be picked up and $2 something a mile. My drive was 5 miles. We are at a stop light and my price is going up on the meter! I ask why?!! “ Oh, it’s also charging you for the time “ at drop off it reads $27.50. I said wow that’s almost a tank of gas for me . He says, “ I’ll charge you $25” just checked my account and it charged me $26. Never again This company is robbery! Can’t wait for their Karma!
They were supposed to give my partner a ride to work, they said it would be thirty minutes and took over an hour and a half.
Just called for a ride. Gentleman would not give me a time frame and hung up the phone on me multiple times. Cursed at me. So I called back multiple times requesting a name and employee would not tell me. I asked, after a couple times, can I just reserve a ride and he still would not do it for me. What is this company around for? Just want to note. It is 1:35am on 09/21/2025
The dude who answers the phone on overnights always has an attitude. It really sucks that this is the only viable option for rides on the weekends here in brainerd. Not worth the outrageous prices they ask for either.
