Great staff, everyone was so warm and caring, they made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. Their system for your family members that brought you is also super useful! Great experience!
I was seen here for neck surgery. From the call before until I left, everything was great. The staff was very helpful and attentive. My only gripe was they weren't as informative to my boyfriend and what was going on. They also didn't have him come back with me. Shortly before going into surgery the last person who was checking my information and doing his explanations told me he could have been back the whole time. Either way, ot was a easy and pleasant experience.
Brainard surgery center is top notch. Everyone was very attentive and thorough. They made me feel safe and cared for which is incredibly important to me.

My experience with Brainard ASC , has been awesome and my eye surgery is excellent! Everyone from my eye visit to eye surgery deserve a (10) out of (10)! The nurses and the doctor were very nice and polite! If l had to do this surgery , all over again! I will come the same people for both places
