Wonderful staff! They took care of everything.
They were very organized. When my surgery was not going to occur on time, they kept me regularly updated, and made sure that I was comfortable and not nervous. During recovery, They made me feel very informed and kept checking on my pain level. They called the next morning after my procedure to see if I had any questions and check on how I was feeling. Super clean facility and excellent staff! I strongly recommend.
Dr. Kellis and the Brainard Surgery Center team are top-notch. So attentive and kind. Their attention to detail unsurpassed. They kept me informed every step of the way and helped calm my fears of hip replacement. All went well and smoothly from check in to check out for which I am thankful to them all.
My orthopedic doctor, Dr. Audley Mackel is phenomenal and his team of nurses and the anesthesiologist were great, kind and caring.
Everyone there was nice and professional. They all made my experience as pleasant as possible. Also Dr Shall is a very good doctor. Very knowledgeable. Thank you to the whole team that helped me!
