He is professional, but sensitive. If he sees you cry, he knows how to comfort you and is so caring with the pets. I am not afraid to ask him anything even if in my brain it sounds crazy. Our pets have always been in the best of care with him and his staff. He has wonderful staff as well.
Helped me through a rough time with my 2 pets and provided professional and personalized care. Made me feel like I had a team behind me working toward a common goal. Showed they truly cared for their clients and their humans.
