So far so good. PLIF of the L4-5 around 8 AM this morning. Currently in recovery. Pain is being managed and I am comfortable in a clean room and bed. Very nice nurses. Dr. Das performed the surgery without and flaws. Very good Dr. I anticipate meeting up with the PT some time this evening or tomorrow to stand up and then the catheter and drains can be removed and hopefully I can be discharged and be back in my bed as of tomorrow. Received my first (maybe only) shot by the doctor, can honestly say, did not feel uncomfortable at all. What a relief!
BRAIN AND SPINE INSTITUTE changed my life in a positive way. I use to suffer from severe lumbar back pain. Not any more. I credit Dr. Das's knowledge and dedication to his work for me being able to have the normal life I now have today. Thank you to all the doctors at BSNI.
