I've been a patient for 5+ years. Have had injections multiple times. The care given is awesome. My stepson has had 2 very successful surgeries. Highly recommended.
The techs that give the injections are very nice but overall my experience is disappointing to say the least. Have been being treated for a herniated disc on my right side. For over two months I keep complaining about my left side and experiencing sciatic pain. All they keep doing is scheduling me for shots. I was told when I was getting my last shot that if it didn’t work then the Dr would refer me to get a second MRI. I called Friday and left a message for the Dr to call back, never happened. Poorly run, poor communication, waste of time, no improvements...go anywhere but here
Terrible. I was instructed to get my X-ray done in the same building and return it to them for my next appointment; after all that, I got a call saying they do not accept my insurance. I called three times to request my report and MRI. I was told they would mail it out. Three weeks later, I was still waiting. I called and was told by Ashley that it had been destroyed and that they no longer had the MRI report/disc. Is it legal to discard/destroy medical records? ASHLEY, THE WORST, LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. ZERO STARS.
