*THIS RATING IS FOR THE RECEPTIONIST* The receptionist in charge of answering phone calls has no customer care skills whatsoever and insulted my mother by using vulgar language. Inhumane treatment! I was referred here for my lower back pain in 2021 which became worser from heavy labouring in the WA mines, warehouse and unsafe manual handling feom farm work plus a few falls off motor bikes. I was seen by 2 white specialist and they asked some questions and seen my scan reports etc... They minimised my concerns, they took my dignity, they treated me like I was nothing. I would prefer not to have chosen a single star after speaking with the receptionist’s that represent these Dr’s. I called as it mentioned on their website a specific condition I suffer with called Arachnoidtis. The receptionist was so unprofessional, so rude and dismissive in her response. Stating no Dr treated it at the clinic and I said politely that one would assume it was from the online content. She again chose to be rude and state she wasn’t responsible for the website content. AVOID!!! if I could give 0 stars, I would. Dr McMasters receptionist is arrogant and rude, and obviously not very intelligent, but as someone with a physical disability and life changing injury, I didn't judge her but after the appalling way I was treated she needs to complete some customer service and human being training (actually just not in a front facing customer service role).
