I've had 3 surgeries with Dr Kam and I cant speak highly enough of him or his staff. His knowledge, explanations and surgical skills are excellent and he treats you like a human being, not a case number. He is always on time for appointments and his staff are caring and helpful. I can't thank him enough for his help and expertise and understanding me and what I needed balanced with what needed to be done.
What a great experience from the counter staff to great you to the Dr's that treat you. Always looked after when I have appointments.
*THIS RATING IS FOR THE RECEPTIONIST* The receptionist in charge of answering phone calls has no customer care skills whatsoever and insulted my mother by using vulgar language. This is not the first time she’s done this and also on the Brain and Spine google reviews there are many other people mentioning her rude and ignorant behaviour and attitude towards patients. Inhumane treatment! I was referred here for my lower back pain in 2021 which became worser from heavy labouring in the WA mines, warehouse and unsafe manual handling feom farm work plus a few falls off motor bikes. I was seen by 2 white specialist and they asked some questions and seen my scan reports etc... They minimised my concerns, they took my dignity, they treated me like I was nothing.
