Dr O’Malley was very professional. Answered all of my questions. I couldn’t stop crying and he offered to comfort me by letting me reschedule if needed and also made sure I had a tissue box as we continued. I told him to just let me cry because I need and give me the news, his expertise,recommendations, and options, and so he did. He wanted to make sure I was present and was able to comprehend all being shared that day. That to me was caring. Let me say this: Dr. O'Malley is outstanding. He's knowledgeable, patient, and has excellent bedside manner, and his nurse, Carla, is great, too! However, the front office ladies have the worst customer service I've ever received. Every time I interact with them, they make me feel stupid and unwelcome. I dropped off LOA paperwork to fill out for my employer and was told that Carla was out of town. Okay. When I called today to check the status of that paperwork, I was told that they specifically told me that it wouldn't be do... read more
