This was the worst experience of my mother's life. First, her original appointment was rescheduled which slowed her process in getting her hand surgery. Then, on the day of her EMG appointment, we arrived a little early so that we could possibly get this situation started concerning getting my mother's hand surgery, but we soon noticed the lack of professionalism within this medical office. I have mixed feelings on this organization. While Dr. John is a wonderful doctor, I am looking for another neurologist solely because his office staff needs some serious education on being more customer-oriented.After I had my big stroke in Aug. 2015, they gave me the run-around with scheduling my occupational therapy--saying they needed the last name of the O.T. who tested me after my stroke before they could assign me O.T. services, even though they knew that O.T. was part of the same Lancaster General Healthcare Group Dr.... read more
