El Dr. Chakfe es una persona antipática, necesitaba un traductor entiendo ingles pero hay términos medico q es mejor con el traductor, la asistente nos dijo q cuando él nos viera ya en el sistema le decía que necesitábamos traductor , nunca llego el traductor, ademas se le hizo un estudio de los nervios y fue muy grocero. NO tome cita le dije a la persona de front desk q despues llamaba y ella me responde si no tomaba la cita el Dr le llamaba la atención. I think its ridiculous to charge $150 to cancel a appointment worst office ever! Also they are not friendly over talk you when your trying to talk screw this place!!!!

Waste of time and definitely a waste of money. They didn't do nothing for me. I went in there with a pinched nerve. The doctor didn't check me didn't do nothing. But prescribe me the same thing. Urgent care have prescribed me after I told her that that medication didn't do nothing. Definitely wouldn't recommend sending anybody there.
I had an exceptional experience at this clinic. From the moment I called in, the receptionist was able to get me in promptly. On the appointment date, The front desk was welcoming and kind, and the entire staff made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Tian was incredibly professional, thorough, and attentive taking the time to explain everything and truly listen. What stood out most was the character of the team.
