Very disappointed with this service long wait times and inconsistent when providing report dates have had two children tested here when ringing for updates the reception staff seem incompetent and lack communication between themselves one will give one date and a different one a different date the don’t inform you if your reports are going to be delayed due to staff holidays untill you have already done most of the assessment appointments this is very disappointing when you are in need of urgent assistance

I have been consistently seeing Thomas Ertas for a few months now and he has been brilliant. Always adaptable and easy going to change to telehealth, even super last minute, and always so easy to talk to. I’ve never felt judged or unheard. For me he has made a huge difference and has been invaluable to my progress mentally and emotionally. Thank you!
To caution others who seek assessment for ADHD, this clinic is not the one you want to choose. I was inundated with surveys and emails, most links didn’t work and the system was very glitchy, as a result I had to follow up emails over and over. As someone with adhd this was really stressful and dragged out the assessment over a few months. After a time I went to a psychiatrist and was diagnosed, rendering the assessment I got here expensive and redundant.
