Sending a reminder text for appointments 24 hours before an appointment but charging cancellation fees if the appointment is cancelled in less than 48 hours is clearly predatory. Excellent staff and doctors here but the clinics practices are unethical. The reminder messages for appointments are clearly sent after the minimum 48 hour cancellation time to extract payment from people. If this practice truly cared about or understood neurodivergent people, they would not intentionally extort money in this way.
Very disappointed with this service long wait times and inconsistent when providing report dates have had two children tested here when ringing for updates the reception staff seem incompetent and lack communication between themselves one will give one date and a different one a different date the don’t inform you if your reports are going to be delayed due to staff holidays untill you have already done most of the assessment appointments this is very disappointing when you are in need of urgent assistance

I have been consistently seeing Thomas Ertas for a few months now and he has been brilliant. Always adaptable and easy going to change to telehealth, even super last minute, and always so easy to talk to. I’ve never felt judged or unheard.
