I went to Jack as a first responder suffering from PTSD. My wife was also suffering from the fallout. After working with Jack one-on-one, my wife and I worked with him. It was nothing short of incredible. Jack truly understands the pain that comes with the job and how it affects the ones that are closest to you. Jack also gives everyone the tools to get through it. He truly cares.

Jack is someone I can truly trust and rely on. He offers solutions and tools that are practical and applicable. The work he does with EMDR is truly life changing.
