I went here a couple of years ago I struggle with severe depression ADHD and I was still having a hard time and struggle they kept pushing different medications every week or two and I would see Beth and when I was at my lowest point and wanted to kill myself she told me I should go for a walk. Have Spent several months trying to get records transferred, copies of test results To no avail.Sending requests letters do no good. This started out to be a great place with kind people and then something happened. Couldn’t get prescription sent in , When I tried repeatedly to get past their rude office manager She lied about the phone conversations. So I wrote the director a letter explaining to what was going on in her office never heard back. Still can’t get medical records so that my son can get his medication somewhere... read more

I had a deeply stressful experience at the Brain Center of Michigan. Staff were dismissive and unsupportive, which was painful in a place where support should be a given. At the end of the year, I was hit with a huge copay bill... despite being told invoices had been sent all year, which I never received. On top of that, I was told it was my responsibility to keep track of my copays rather than their billing department. This business is not patient friendly. The Doctor zoomed with no teeth in her mouth and told me to drink Mountain Dew for adhd. When I stated I do not drink soda it was still encouraged. Obviously chose not to go back. Got a bill I didn’t know I had. It had no heading and no professional icon. I did write back inquiring who they were with no response. Fast forward to today, they took money from my account as I signed they could do with no phone call, no warning, and one bill I was told to look into spam for.. as an educator ... read more
