Have Spent several months trying to get records transferred, copies of test results To no avail.Sending requests letters do no good. This started out to be a great place with kind people and then something happened. Couldn’t get prescription sent in , When I tried repeatedly to get past their rude office manager She lied about the phone conversations. I had a deeply stressful experience at the Brain Center of Michigan. Staff were dismissive and unsupportive, which was painful in a place where support should be a given. At the end of the year, I was hit with a huge copay bill... despite being told invoices had been sent all year, which I never received. On top of that, I was told it was my responsibility to keep track of my copays rather than their billing department. This business is not patient friendly. The Doctor zoomed with no teeth in her mouth and told me to drink Mountain Dew for adhd. When I stated I do not drink soda it was still encouraged. Obviously chose not to go back. Got a bill I didn’t know I had. It had no heading and no professional icon. I did write back inquiring who they were with no response. Fast forward to today, they took money from my account as I signed they could do with no phone call, no warning, and one bill I was told to look into spam for.. as an educator ... read more

We have been coming to the brain center of Michigan for a long time now we have never had any problems with them Shelly is the most helpful and sweetest lady ever Dr Tara is the best I mean the best and Anita is awesome sweet and helpful ….we love the brain center they see me my son and now my daughter 💙💙💙💙💙❤️❤️❤️❤️😺
