If your insurance does not cover this sort of treatment/evaluation...RUN!!! I paid out of pocket for these appointments, not by choice, but because I made the mistake of paying the first payment online. They charged $1,900 from my bank account over a span of 22 days, without my consent. I called and requested an explanation and also requested to setup a payment plan and my voicemails were never returned. The most unethical business practices I have ever seen.
I would not recommend this place. My experience was awful from start to finish. They are more interested in billing than actually helping. I was charged for what added up to about 8 hours of services when we received a quarter of this for evaluation. 4 hours for the evaluation and another 4 hours to go over their own report, plus copays. The actual in-person evaluation was less than 2 hours, and my follow-up with Dr. Lyn was only available virtually that lasted around 10 minutes. If i could leave this place zero stars i would! I had my first appt with "dr lyn" the end of january. Didnt START testing until mid february and what was supposed to be 1 long visit turned into 4 shorter visits. Okay fine. But then my report, which was supposed to be finalized within 2-3 weeks of my virtual visit on April 16th, wasnt sent to anyone umtil May 20th, over a MONTH later. I went here a couple of years ago I struggle with severe depression ADHD and I was still having a hard time and struggle they kept pushing different medications every week or two and I would see Beth and when I was at my lowest point and wanted to kill myself she told me I should go for a walk.
