I had an amazing sound bath at a womens gathering last month. I had never experienced one before. I could just focus on the sounds and not my thoughts. Would recommend!
I highly recommend experiencing a group sound bath, couples sound session and an individual vibrational sound session. These different experiences were all enjoyable, uplifting, connecting and deeply grounding, but also met different needs of mine. Nara is a gifted sound therapist. My individual sessions always provide me more ease, restoration, relaxation, and circulation movement. She is a spark of joyful, giving, compassionate light in this sometimes dark world. I give her my highest recommendation.
