Going to Brain Balance of Chula Vista was definitely a turning point for us. After about a month of going there and doing the exercises, I saw about a 20% decrease in all of the challenging behaviors that my kiddo had. It sounds funny to say, but she seriously seemed more balanced in all situations. That improvement was not dependent on time of day or where she was or what she was doing. Brain Balance Chula Vista worked wonders with my daughter. She was in Kinder when the COVID shutdown happened. Her learing was paused with so much inconsistencies and online learning. Which resulted her being behind once we felt comfortable for her to attend school. My daughter attends private school and was struggling for a few years. Not only did Brain Balance help with unblocking her learning capabilities but also helped her with gymnastics, dancing, proper word pronunciation, trying new foods. We love Brain Balance! They have helped my son so much with his impulsiveness and anger outbursts. All the coaches here are amazing, they make us feel like family and my son is always excited to come here and work with his coaches. Sergio is the head coach and is an excellent source for information, advice, and always keeping track of us and our progress.
