Their website has the United logo proudly displayed, my primary care doctor was of the belief that they take United, and they signify on ZocDoc with that criteria. The lack of empathy, compassion and Professionalism within that office is appalling. The assistant Director of Operations Patti Boaz not only seems to clearly be in need of retiring but has a sense of entitlement that left us speechless. Her form of handling patients in massive pain by refusing to provide answers with appropriate timelines left me at a loss for words.
