Belatedly writing this regarding an incident 2 years ago that will stay with me & our daughter for life. NP Jeannie Farris could not have been more rude and insulting to our struggling teen daughter who was having severe spine pain following a surgery by another doctor. The surgery had sought to stabilize 6 ribs that had fully disconnected all the way to her spine, leaving her almost debilitated.
