We had a great experience, from the reception, to his nurse, and with Dr. Zucker. His knowledge and truthfulness was refreshing and calming at the same time. I cannot wait to get started on my treatment.
Amazing experience from appointment set up, efficiency and pleasant approach to registration and great responsiveness from administration leader. Dr Burke was in depth in reviewing history and current state, clearly showed and explained MRI and effects consistent with issues and some possible exceptions to look into to. Bright, positive, takes tons of time, laid out a clear path forward…..all with a smile…GREAT EXPERIENCE KNOWS HIS STUFF!
Dr. Packer is the best. I am happy I did the surgery for the disc replacement. I am seeing improvement every day as I continue to heal. Everyone in the office is also terrific and both Delray and Palm Beach Gardens offices staff have amazing customer service.
