I have had multiple massage sessions with Carla before and she was traveling to my location. I know she still offers mobile massages, but it is so nice that she also now offers walk-in location which is so close to my house. I was feeling rather stressed and needed to relax and my first thought was to book a full body massage with Carla. I came in for a prenatal massage being seven months pregnant with twins. Walking into Carla’s space was very warm and welcoming. She asked if I had any areas that I really wanted to focus on anything that has been bothering me this pregnancy. She checked in about the pressure many times throughout the session as to not make me uncomfortable. Carla is amazing! She listens and addresses your areas of concern. The atmosphere was calming and I was able to relax and allow her to release the stress from my body. I highly recommend Brain and Body Therapy.

Carla made the experience so wonderful! I cant recommend enough. I went in for her prenatal message and the whole time she was thoughtful of my positioning, how comfortable I was and took such good care of me. At the end of my prenatal message she did a foot scrub and message which was such a relaxing way to end the message.
