Every time I call to try and see Amy I get the runaround. On June 2 I called and was told nothing available but if you call at 8:00 a.m. I can put you in at 5:30 June 3rd.I’ve been calling since 8:00 and keep getting the answering service saying they are closed. It’s a good thing I’m not dying because I would be dead!!!
Receptionist exceptionally rude. Asked a very simple question about evening appointments and she told me to find a different doctor.
Very unprofessional. I called to see doctor to refill prescription and they asked for insurance and couldn't remember which one I have since work changed over the receptionist was rude. I except treated with respect but looking for new Dr.
