Terrible. Had to go to fair trading. He totally botched the installation of ducted air con. It never worked properly leaving my elderly parents without heating. He doesn't answer calls. Took him 3 months to come back first time - didn't fix anything. After more attempts, calls and texts to get him to fix it, I got another company to look at it. They were shocked by what they found.
