I came to braidscity on july 4th after deciding between them and another shop. within 10mins of being there the a young lady started! i hate that can't remember her name but we talked about a few things and she is fairly new i would definitely recommend her. the owner was very nice and welcoming and the other braiders were friendly. my hair came out amazing!! I booked medium boho box braids and left with small boho with medium parts on the back of my head. I had a 2pm appointment but sat and waited until 3:45 for someone to start on my hair. One lady even walked by and said she will start in my hair but she is going to eat first… that lady never came back. When the young lady did start she was the only one on my head which was fine but was frustrating that she would stop to go help on another head but I never had anyone extra help on mine. I’m so glad I found this place. Rebecca did my boho braids and I love them. I showed her a picture and she did them exactly how I wanted. Also, I booked a last minute appointment with no problem. I was out within 3 hours. Everyone was very welcoming. This is a hard working establishment with beautiful women!
