Braids R Us is the best,wonderful place I have ever been. I have been braiding my hair since I was 10 and my mom and I have been going to Braids R Us for 17 years. Horrible! I walked in the establishment to get my locs washed and retwisted, and found out these unprofessional idiots didn't know what they were doing. First, I had to muscle through a bad smell of fish while the lady washed my hair. The place looked dirty upon inspection. When I sat in the chair, I had to ask the young lady to retwist my hair with something more appropriate because she was about to use this black Pro Styling Gel, then she showed me another clear styling gel when I inquired about an alternative.
