I had a wonderful experience at Braids of Katy! From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized the salon was. The owner demonstrates excellent leadership, and you can tell the team is well-managed and takes pride in their work. One thing I really appreciated was their flexibility with scheduling. I am already giving this place a negative! I filled out the form online for services! Was contacted and sent pics of what service I wanted, because they asked! This place has VERY POOR COMMUNICATION, and has Braider that is limited with services! Sent a text asking if they can do my hair! NO ANSWER! Jayden was very polite and awesome customer service skill set. Soon as I arrived,15 minutes before my appointment she started working on my hair. My hair is done neatly. Another potential customer was waiting for a consultation and watching Jayda”s work and wanted her to do my her hair like she was doing to mine. Great Job Jayden, I will be back for a retie in the future.
Booked a simple braid down with Ahmira. The braids look two weeks old. For $50 and the braid look to like this I could have done it myself. I understand i have thick hair, but i have never got a braid down that looked this raggedy.
