I had a horrible experience at this braid shop they very unprofessional!! I had showed the owner 2 days before my appointment what styled I wanted and she said it was fine and quoted me the price. The appointment day arrived and it took them 30 mins to start on my hair after being seated in the styling chair due to discussing if my style was possible after being shown the same picture 2 days prior to my appointment. Great overall experience from the staff! Received knotless braids from Mary. She was very friendly and treated my hair as if it was hers. I have thick hair and a It’s been a while since I’ve had braids so I was preparing for the pain! Needless to say Mary was very gentle and attention to detail. I prefer quality braids and let me tell you, Mary is top notch. Thanks ladies!
