They did a great job with my box braids. Fast service. 2 braiders. I'll come back.
Great overall experience from the staff! Received knotless braids from Mary. She was very friendly and treated my hair as if it was hers. I have thick hair and a It’s been a while since I’ve had braids so I was preparing for the pain! Needless to say Mary was very gentle and attention to detail. I prefer quality braids and let me tell you, Mary is top notch. Thanks ladies!
I won’t have gave any stars but I had to just to put this review my boyfriend went yesterday to get a wash and retwist and whoever it was messed but his whole head this looks so bad worse wash and retwist I have ever seen
not happy with braids. Stylist did what she wanted, not told. I simply wanted box braids with part going down middle of head. There is no part but about 2 inches and it is not straight. I will not return and would like partial refund....UPDATE... I sent pics and tried to contact staff to resolve BUT no luck, no return of calls.
