And when I got there I was excited. But I was disappointed in two things One they overcharged and under delivered. The young lady who was doing my hair at no point that she smooth out my hair before she started curling it she come through it once and that was it. So I got knocked my hair that I have to go home and comb out redo. Products used for top of the line. The environment is clean, welcoming, and professional. The stylists are incredibly talented and actually listen to what you want. Whether it’s detailed braids, sharp fades, or flawless weaves they really do it all. Highly recommend if you want consistent, quality work and a vibe that feels like family.
I generally had a great experience here when I booked with Natalie, but this was my last visit because the owner told me that she was ‘terminated’- even though on their website she was displayed as an available stylist. He proceeded to tell me that I could get my hair done by another stylist instead. If shes no longer there, why is she listed on your site? I do not like my hair! I should’ve known not to Come here when none of the ‘braiders’ knew how to do the style I booked for . Had an appointment for 430 didn’t get into the chair until 6 and paid $150 for a style that fell out as soon as I got home 30 minutes later . What type of licensed braider has their box braids literally unravel and fall out the clients head less than an hour after getting out is their chair? Don’t waste your money coming here
