I will never again go back, originally I wanted a boho bob the lady told me $370! Shen then said well if you get medium parts it’ll be $320. Which is still absurd! I asked if they still have the medium knotless special for $180 and they did, however I did not like the attitude the lady had about doing my hair. I left without getting my hair braided, because you’re not going to have an attitude and put your hands in my hair. I will not be returning.

I went and got a boho bob 2 weeks ago. I was scheduled for 8am they didn’t start my hair until after 9. When she was finished my hair she asked for the payment which I was originally told was 260, somehow the new price was 300 overnight. A bob stops T the shoulder but this hairstyle was down my back. One of the other stylists had to come help the woman doing my hair with cutting it down to a bob which still was too long for a bob. I had recently had an appointment at the essex office then when I got there the lady had an attitude an told me I didn't have an appointment an they was busy. So I continued to tell her that I booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance an called that Tuesday to confirm an they said it was fine.. but then the lady kept getting smart so I had ended up going all the way to Gwyn oaks location

Love how my hair came out. The ladies here are very friendly. She asked me if I prefer her to braid tight or less tight which I really appreciated!
