They were 1.5 hours late for my appointment with no explanation and didn’t provide an ETA. Also the hair used for my boho pieces was shedding and frizzy from day 1.
Professionalism here doesn’t exist. The work she does is amazing but she isn’t professional at all. The number provided on the website don’t bother asking questions in advance or reaching out she won’t reply. She’s late and unprofessional. Sad because I would’ve been a returning client had I not experienced this with her. I’m new to the area so back to looking for a different braider.
Please avoid this salon. I went in for 6 stitch braids it took over four hours she had me waiting for 1 hour and 45 min and I was never greeted until it was time for my braids and when I was called over she placed one braid in my head and proceeded to go finish her other clients head so I sat for an additional 30 min waiting mind you she seemed annoyed and had an attitude the whole time. I never encountered such poor customer service from a salon ever!!!! Avoid at all cost!!!!! LADIES BEWARE!

Lou lou was very professional and polite! she was on time for my appointment and she did a great job on my hair.
