Please avoid this salon. I went in for 6 stitch braids it took over four hours she had me waiting for 1 hour and 45 min and I was never greeted until it was time for my braids and when I was called over she placed one braid in my head and proceeded to go finish her other clients head so I sat for an additional 30 min waiting mind you she seemed annoyed and had an attitude the whole time. I never encountered such poor customer service from a salon ever!!!! Avoid at all cost!!!!! LADIES BEWARE!

Lou lou was very professional and polite! she was on time for my appointment and she did a great job on my hair.
I absolutely was blown away by the service I received. My hair was done exactly as I requested. I was seated as soon as I arrived. Definitely can’t wait to set another appointment!
