Tera is truly amazing at what she does! Her braiding skills are top-tier, and you can tell she takes real pride in her work. She finished my hair in just 3-4 hours, which is impressive without sacrificing quality at all. My braids came out extremely neat, and my parts were super clean and precise. My experience with Tera was disappointing & unprofessional. She displayed a dismissive attitude and took no accountability for the issue that arose. Her energy was negative and unwelcoming throughout my entire appointment. I agree with the reviewers that had a negative experience- she is extremely sarcastic.
