My experience was terrible. I booked the special medium knotless braids (she advertised triangular parts) and she did the complete opposite which was large square part braids and the braids were thin and small. She also put so much gel in my hair that in two days my roots started to turn white and get flaky. Then she was asked to trim the ends of my natural hair because I was due for a trim and instead cut the ends of my braids…and she didn’t even cut all of the braids so I have some braids that are not trimmed and the rest ... read more
Very unprofessional. I should have known something was up with her when she said she only takes cash—who walks around with two or three hundred dollars? I gave her the benefit of the doubt because of her reviews, but then she had me waiting outside in the cold for over 45 minutes just to not show up or answer the phone. Lesson learned: never just go off reviews, because those could easily be family and friends posting for her. I don’t have time for the games.
