ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. - extremely rude - does not communicate well, answered the phone rudely and disrespectful. - i showed up on time to my appointment at 2:55, my appointment was at three. She had her open sign on and the door was locked. She has no acknowledgement that she was on break or lunch. I called to confirm if I could get into my appointment, she did not response. She was extremely rude, disrespectful and entitled. Do not book her she is not professional
My second time having an appointment here. I feel home and my locs are well retouched. I guess I’ve found my forever home for my locs
Rescue!!! Authenticity. Rejuvenate those locs, twists and hair that others messed up. Best location ever.
