Save your money — I don’t recommend. I went to get my hair done, and while it looked okay at first, it wasn’t what I wanted. I decided to let it go, but later noticed some of my hair was coming out and a few braids were messed up. When I reached out, I was told it could be fixed, but after a lot of back and forth, delays, and no communication, I got fed up and stopped trying. Everyone was mentioning this shop in the comment section of a TikTok video so I decided to give them a chance. I booked small mid back braids with Astou at the Antioch location and I’m so glad I did. I love my braids!! I’m use to sitting in the chair for over 10 hrs and still not being happy with my hair but she achieved the style in 4. She gave me reg box braids that were still flat and neat. I will not return to this shop for many reasons. The most significant is the lack of respect for customers time. I attempted to make my concerns known but never received a callback.
Booked appointment and when I arrived no one knew why I was there. I had text back and forth with Kady showing the date and time. Very angry with how they treated me ( as if I did something wrong) I will never refer or return.
