Made an appt via her website and made the required deposit well within the 30min time frame only to receive a text to say the appt was canceled over an hour later. Haven’t heard from her at all and it’s been three days without a refund to my deposit on something that she herself canceled. If you’re able to decline an appt request you should be able to refund my money in an appropriate amount of time. Made a last minute appointment and Arieona was very nice and professional. My hair came out great and she got me in and out in no time.
