I am writing this review based off of what happened to my mother The shop is clean. But the lack of transparency is disappointing. She booked medium sengalese twist. She was told it would be $250. The phone was on speaker when I asked if that included hair. We were told yes. Then my mother gets to the shop and was told that the medium twists would not last . So she recommended small. My mom agreed without realizing it would be an extra fee. She charged her 60 more. However on the website small sengalese is listed for 260. An... read more

I had a good experience both times coming here. Although, the braids that I asked for I didn’t necessarily receive and I see other people complaining about the same thing. The first time I asked for small boho knotless braids, the parts are always big for small braids. I thought that the first time was just the stylist but it was this time too.
