I am honestly disappointed with the service. I went to this salon a month ago before I went on a business trip to get finger waves. She then insisted that I perm my hair to do it because it “couldn’t be done” with natural hair. Mind you I’m mixed and my hair isn’t as kinky and I’ve done finger waves numerous times at other salons without having to do so. I'm a white dude who needed a cut and color. This place obviously caters to a different clientele then me, but I thought I would at least ask. I get to the counter, where I see three middle aged African ladies sitting without a care in the world. After standing there awkwardly for 30 seconds, I speak up and ask if they cut my type of hair.
