I had a very unsatisfactory experience at Brights and Wings. My dreadlock maintenance was poorly handled by inexperienced staff, I was charged extra during the service, and my dreadlocks were left damaged, causing me pain. The supervisor, Joy Edigbe, refused to respond properly, tried to charge me for the next maintenance session that should fix the damage they caused, and refuses to give me the owner’s contact number. I had left a review before, but it was removed without explanation.

Went here for a brow lamination by Sibu. Her hands are so gentle I couldn't even feel her when she was threading and using the tweezers. 10 out of 10 will recommend. Definitely coming back here again, not just for brows they had lots of great hair products that could definitely save me. Putting all my girl friends onnnnn.
