Booked a same day appointment for my daughter. Her braids were neat but not the style I sent to have done . I was under the impression hair would be added but it was not , not an issue . We are first timers here and I did not feel comfortable she did not come out to meet me prior to dropping my child off . My daughters have been getting their hair done by Johnese for approx 5 years and she always does an excellent job and is super efficient.

Johnese is amazing at what she does! She done my 3 yr old daughters hair for the first time and we will definitely be back! My daughter was nervous at first but quickly calmed down thanks to Johnese! Thanks for being so good to my baby during her appointment and making her feel comfortable!
