Loved my hair and my daughters hair will be be coming back.
Management and braiders have become super lazy and greedy. My French curl braids are unraveling and falling off. They make you pay before the hair is finished and refuse to give a refund even though they know they messed up your hair. The manager yells at the braiders in French thinking no one will understand but I understood the whole conversation. please do not be fooled by the stellar reviews.. this shop does not deserve your business!! first of all there’s ROACHES everywhere. i’ve visited this shop four times. initially my appointment was pleasant (roach-free) but since then with each visit has gotten progressively worse.. the staff separates the boho hair away from where you can see them so that they can tell you you’ve run out of hair (when you really haven’t). this is when they STEAL your boho hair!!! i didn’t 100% believe they were until i asked where the rest o... read more
