Charged me 40 extra when u gotten to the salon bc she didn’t know what the price was gonna be and still got charge 200+ to get my hair dye back black because she didn’t want to get the right color dye instead sent a client that don’t know nothing about coloring to get dye, I was totally upset
I understand that things come up, but first they were late getting to the shop, we beat them there and I had to call them to see when they were coming as one of my sons appointment was at 9. The fact that you can set your own hours and not be on time is crazy. Then when my other son goes in for his appointment at 11, there was nobody to start his hair and he had to wait.
