The customer service is horrible especially for a first time customer. I have definitely had more courteous people braid my hair and the only reason I was trying it out was because I saw good reviews and my typical braider was booked. I'm sure the braider does a great job if you're a frequent customer, but I think they need to take a few lessons in customer service if they want to grow their business from their staple clients. Katrina has been doing my daughter and my hair for a while now. We live in christiansburg and we don't mind the drive. She has always delivered. Our hair is always very neatly done. Not to mention the hair stays for long looking as good as new. Great value for your money
