I've been coming here since they we're located on the opposite side of the parking lot and the quality has gone down bad since the move.Before my smedium knotless braides were neatly done in 4 hours. Now it's takes 5 to 6 hours for medium rather than smedium ($180) and the quality is real bad. My recent set were two different sizes so I politely called the next day and requested to have it fixed. Trash trash trash very unprofessional lie about pricing you go on tik tok insta or facebook and they advertise one price u get here it’s a totally different price on top of that the lady taking the money came and asked me to pay before I was even done she must have bumped her freaking head this my second time should have learned from the first time I will never come again EVER
They made me feel uncomfortable. They kept tapping me every 1hr asking for a payment. I thought payment was given after the service was done. The girl who was doing my hair was moving extremely slow. No way I had boho braids shoulder length and everybody who came in after me had butt length was done before me. But I overheard her conversation and she said she was purposely moving slow so she wouldn’t have to take anymore clients. They’re in their with attitudes with one another. Medium Knotless- Waist Length Overall I love my braids and my parts are clean and crisp. I love that I had one braider to install all my braids and another to finish the braid . I would say the price on tiktok/IG IS NOT what youll pay. Post says $180, I paid $220. My only other issue was it seemed my braider was the best at parting so she had to stop and start someone elses braids and I ended up sitting for about 30 minutes for her to attend to another client. For a last minute simple style they are okay...
